Calculating Carried Non-Consent Working Interests” – Presented by April Luedecke, CDOA with Anadarko Petroleum

This presentation provides the calculation formula required for accurate proportionate allocation of carried non-consent working interests in Texas, taking into account the Joint Operating Agreement and other factors.  Examples will be given to show the same process is utilized regardless of the well’s ownership complexity.

About the Speaker:

April Campbell Luedecke is a Senior Division Order Analyst, working the last four years at Anadarko Petroleum in The Woodlands, Texas. She has over 19 years of experience in oil and gas land, beginning her career as an apprentice for a two Landman partnership in Midland, Texas. Her love for math and science has helped her along the way, working for larger companies over the years. She proudly obtained her CDOA in 2016 and looks forward to many more years in Land. April has served as a former President of PBADOA and is currently First Vice President of HADOA.
